The AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) is organising their 1st DANCE COMPETITION in the most awaited 2nd CHIMERA 2017 on October 22, 2017 at Shilpgram, Panjabari (Guwahati) from 10 am onwards. The participants are from classes I to XII and some are also participating from other districts and States. The competition is categorised into Solo and Group.
This is indeed a unique concept of propagating Indian classical dance amidst the participants and also boosting their talents onto such a platform that is specifically recognised for children and youth. Those who are interested to witness this event may RSVP here.The 2nd CHIMERA 2017 have a number of different competitions for different classes like Poster Making, Greeting Card Making, Handwriting & Colouring, Go-As-U-Like, Creative Writing, International Youth ARTS Olympiad along with the Dance Competition.
The CULTURAL EXTRAVAGANZA AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY would be hosted on October 24, 2017 at District Library, Ambari, Guwahati at 6:30 pm. The evening would be inaugurated by Mr. Preetom Saikia, Commissioner and Secretary, Govt. of Assam.
